Am I able to get a refund if I change my mind after enrolling or if I don't finish the course?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the sale is complete, no refunds, credits, or partial credits will be given if you change your mind or do not complete the course. You cannot switch start and end dates or defer your course. Refunds only occur if Monica the Medium, Inc. has to cancel the course.

How do the payment plans work?

All courses must be paid in full prior to taking it. The optional payment plans are set up so that the final payment is made prior to the official start date of the course. The student’s billing date will be based on the day of the month that they initially enrolled, so for example, if you enroll / sign up on January 15th for the three-month payment plan, you'll be charged on January 15th, and then again on (or around) February 15th, March 15th, and then no more. If at some point you need to update the card on file for your payment plan, you will be able to do so within your account settings. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE TO ANY OTHER COURSE OFFERINGS. In the event that you attempt to cancel your payment plan you will not receive any refunds or credits for payments already made and you will not have access to the course once it officially begins.

When does the course begin?

This course begins Monday, May 10, 2021 at 4:44pm PT and goes for 6 weeks.

How do I know if this course is right for me?

This course is for beginners (although all levels can still benefit from it!) who are interested in strengthening their connection with the Other Side and want to learn about spiritual development and the process of mediumship in a judgement-free zone amongst like-minded individuals, with engaging self-led lessons, assignments, at home exercises, and opportunities to have questions answered during LIVE Q&A Zoom calls that are sprinkled throughout the 6-weeks. If you're an established medium you may be better suited for a Level 2 or Level 3 course (however, at this time we cannot guarantee that Monica will be offering any future levels/courses).

While there are NO guarantees that by the end of this course you'll be able to channel Spirit or give readings at the level that Monica or any other medium does; what we can promise is that you will be given the guidance and tools necessary for exploring and developing your own connection with the Other Side in a safe-space and judgement-free zone. At a soul level (and buried deep within our subconscious minds) we all have an innate ability to connect to those that have crossed over. Yet, for some people (like Monica) it comes to surface much more naturally or they're able to fine-tune, develop, and strengthen it like a muscle! This course won't turn anyone into a medium over night (or perhaps ever, if it's not in your highest & best good or part of your soul contract to do this work!) but it will absolutely get you out of your comfort zone and help you determine whether or not you have a knack for channeling Spirit (and if you don't, that okay!! but you'll never know unless you try).

This course if for those who are serious about wanting to develop their connection — it is NOT for those who aren't ready or willing to really put in the work. This course is an investment of time and energy as much as it is a financial investment. It's for those who are truly passionate about wanting to learn, practice, and develop. As Monica always tells her students, "You will get as much out of this course and your spiritual journey as you put into it." The more time, effort, and dedication that you put forth, the more likely you will notice your connection to Spirit begin to strengthen and develop! And even for students who come to find out they aren't as naturally inclined to channeling Spirit or who decide not to pursue mediumship, they tend to still get a lot out of this course by the of the 6 weeks.

Is this a certification course? Do I get a certificate at the end?

This is not a certification course. There are NO guarantees that by the end of this course you'll be able to channel Spirit or give readings at the level that Monica or any other medium does. Taking this course does not make you a "Certified Medium" or "Accredited by Monica". No certificates are issued at the end of the course.

How long will I have access to the course?

At the end of the 6-week course, access to the online course player will remain live for an additional 45 days. We cannot grant any extensions, so please do your best to keep up with the materials and assignments week-by-week. Though log-in access to the online course player expires 45 days following the end of the course, during the 6-weeks, there are various PDF handouts and exercises that students are permitted to download and print out to add to their own "Spiritual Development Binder" so that even long after the course, they'll still be able to refer back to a collection of notes, assignments, exercises, and more. All content and materials have been created by and are the intellectual property of Monica the Medium, Inc. By enrolling in this course, you agree to not redistribute, sell, share, publish, teach, or use the content or materials for anything but your own personal development before, during, or after the course. You may not split the cost with a friend or share log-in information or any of the online content or PDF handouts, exercises, etc. (either during or after the course). Any student who violates this policy will be removed from the course (with no refund) and will be subject to legal action.

After completing the course, if I go on to launch my own spiritual business, may I add Monica's logo and/or the fact that I took her course to my website, bio, or promotional materials such as social media posts, blogs, and newsletters?

NO. If you start seeing clients and they privately ask if you've ever taken any courses, you can mention that you took this online course. However, students cannot associate Monica with their business and/or publish her name on their website or marketing materials. Please do not reach out with this request or to ask Monica to refer clients to you. Monica prioritizes the experience and security of her followers, and, as such, can only recommend those who have been thoroughly vetted. In the future, Monica hopes to launch her own "Medium Referral List" (but we cannot make any promise as to if or when she will). At that point, if you were to meet the minimum qualifications to apply, then you would receive first access to the interview and vetting process necessary for determining the referral list. Only then, if approved, would you be allowed to add her logo and information to your website.

What if I can't afford any of the course options?

Please DO NOT put this course before your basic needs. You should not rack up credit card debt that you can't afford in order to take this course. Especially during these uncertain times and/or if you are at all concerned about losing your job / income due to COVID-19, then you should absolutely HOLD OFF on enrolling for this course until a future round. Due to the structure of this course and the limited spots available, we are unable to make exceptions to our final sale policy. So please ensure you are able to make the financial comittment PRIOR to enrolling. But don't lose hope - Monica's hosting an opportunity for FOUR lucky individuals to receive FREE enrollment into this round of the course. When will the next round of this course be open for enrollment?

I'm not very computer savvy. Is this going to be a problem?

Students MUST be able to use a laptop/computer proficiently. The online course platform that we use (Teachable) is pretty easy to get the hang of once you start using it and Monica provides written instructions ahead of time for students to know how to join the scheduled live Zoom Q&A calls. However, if you are someone who has trouble navigating computers / modern technology, this course may not be the right fit for you. It's also important that you have access to a computer/laptop and that you have reliable Wifi throughout the course in order to view and comlpete the online material each week.

I live in another country. Can I still enroll?

Yes! You're more than welcome to enroll, however, please note there is a VAT tax automatically added at checkout for those in the EU. Also, please be aware that all of the course materials and live Zoom calls are in English (so must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English). In addition, all of the live calls are scheduled in PT (Pacific Time Zone) and therefore depending on where you live, several of these live calls could be taking place in the middle of the night your time. However, these live calls are entirely optional to attend as they're considered supplemental to the online curriculum that is released each week for the 6-weeks (ie. Monica isn't teaching new material on the Zoom calls, but rather, uses these calls as an opportunity to meet her students "face-to-face" and to answer questions in real time). The Q&A calls will be recorded and uploaded to the online course player within 24 hours for those who cannot attend live.

Besides a working computer/laptop and Wifi, what else do I need during the course?

Recommended Supplies: A 3-inch three ring binder with plenty of looseleaf paper added to it (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but not required). Pens or pencils to write with. Printer paper/ink to print weekly course worksheets & handouts (highly recommended, but not required). Recommended Reading: Prior to starting the course, it's highly recommended (though not required) that you read or listen to Monica's book, Messages from Above: What Your Loved Ones in Heaven Want You to Know - available on Amazon, Audible, Monica's website, and other online retailers.
